How easy it was, yet how hard to get out

I have or rather had 2 accounts with Absa. In the year on 2011 I went under debit review and notified the bank, who happily accepted my new status and for many months we did not have any problem. Until April 2013 when I decided I am now stable enough to start paying my accounts.
To my shock the same problem I had in April 2013 was not resolve.
My accounts still reflected that I was under review as per the Call centre, than an hour later no the account with legal later dring the day Call centre could not assist me with my balances outstanding.
To my shock I wanted a paid up later and no could assit as they could not figure out if I was under review or of I was handed to legal for collect. ALL I WANT IS A PAID UP LATER CONFIRMING I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNTS IN FULL. After speaking to the whole of ABSA apart from the CEO TO DATE I STILL DO NOT HAVE A LETTER CONFIRMING THAT I PAID YOU EVERY LITTLE CENT.

Having been an employee at ABSA Card as 1 of the best sales consultants in 2010 and Rewards department in 2011 am disappointed that maybe people I sold a credit card too many years ago might be going throw this HOLDING THE LINE 4 HOURS for a letter. :(
