Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
Unacceptable

Had an MX3 system installed. 2hours after installation and approximately 20km's later my vehicle was standing next to the freeway. Called there call center was told its not there fault by Bongoni the superviser. they would call a tow truck for me. Told him it was an electrical problem and asked him to call me back with a decision. I am still waiting. I called back only to be told he has finished his shift. Then spoke to Gregory, eventually told Gregory to have a technician to remove the unit by 8 the next morning. 10 the next morning i get a call from Maneera de Beer asking how this can be resolved. Too little too late.i took the vehicle to Delta North Rand who had it for 3 days waiting for Matrixe's QC to pitch up. It was found to be an electrical fault cased by an add on meaning Matrix.
I am still waiting for a director of which there are 8 to contact me It seams out of sight out of mind. If we leave it it will go away. Who now pays for the damage and loss of business.
