Hi, Apcan has never before this week, made poor commitments to me. I ordered and paid for 2 remote controls as I need them to activate my alarm. I waited for the technicians on the 10.012013 and they never pitched up. I had to leave my home unarmed. I contacted the tech department and made another appointment for today, sat 11.01.2014 and again, no 1 has pitched up or called me. I am very disappointed.
