This is the second time that a technician came out to attend to this matter, apparently they don't receive the signal. My query is that you keep on paying for a technician to come out, he pretend to phone their office and receive a signal at the time that he is at you premise.
I am not satisfy for the services, i pay monthly subscription and when the alarm is being breached i received no response nor any follow up call from their offices. I cant seems to get a grip on this, after numerous occasions technicians has come out and I'm still sitting with the same problem. But if it comes to payment dates they quick to contact you.
For the last few days I had to contact their offices to ask for assistance and they keep on cutting me off.
