After attending a wedding a few weeks ago I heard about Altec Netstar not getting back to clients and that the person complaining's cars all could not be tracked. Thus I contacted on the following nr: 0860122436. They could not trace my vehicle and after a few attempts due to ''coverage" most of the people did not even mind phoning me back to report the following or letting me know the system is not working. I contacted my nearest branch in Bloemfontein who did not answer the phone after trying for more than an hour from 10h00 to11h00. The phone only rang. After reporting the following matter to them I did not receive the kind of service expected from such a big company. I have now been paying for a system which is not working and I have been under the assumption that if my car ever gets I will be able to retrieve my car. So much for nothing.
