Had my entire house fitted with Maxidor gates and bars in 2012. Now not even a year later there's rust on the gates. Called them at the beginning of March to complain and someone came to my premises to do the assessment. He advised my Mom who was home at the time that the gates would be replaced but that it would take time (no specified time-frame given). I called them back on Monday (15/04/13) to ask for feedback. Left my details and no one called back. Called again today (17/04/13). Left details again and still no feedback. What is it with you Maxidor?! Your products costs so much but your service is seriously lacking! What a putrid bunch you are! If clients are not willing to do the running around chasing service out of you it will just never happen. Experienced exactly the same thing dealing with you last year as well. Once again, I'm so bitterly disappointed.
