I wrote a complaint about ADT on Hello Peter on 5/3/13 with the above title.
This is a follow up posting.
In a response to my initial posting - I was very promptly called by ADT the very next day - 6/3/13.
The person - Julie discussed my Hello Peter article and my hassles re trying to communicate with ADT.
I did not accept her initial proposal / make good - and after further discussions I agreed with her revised proposals.
I asked for this in writing - and she said that she would immediately SMS me with the agreed outcome.
Some 6 days later this has STILL not been received.
Needless to say this does not surprise me at all as it is totally consistent with all my previous e mails / phone calls to so called ADT customer service have been totally ignored!
I repeat - in my opinion - ADT Customer service is worse than that experienced with Eskom/ Telkom Etc - and that's saying something!
Most disappointng indeed!!!
