I have cancelled my ADT contract due to ADT being in breech of contract and no service delivery yet they still tried to enforce the 20 day cancellation period. After my alarm went off I phoned them and informed them not to worry as we are no longer their clients but then they actually sent a car even though they ignored the two requests I had to send a car while I was their client.
We also have ADT guards at the gate to our estate controlling access (Arundo Estate in The Reeds) and yet again the phone system is broken and our cleaning lady is at the gate as is the case every Tuesday but she's informed that they can not open for her. She then phones my wife from her cell phone and the guards refuse to speak to her informing her that they are not allowed to speak to her on a cell phone and my wife then requested the number to the guard house to phone them and arrange for access which they then refused to provide her with
They refuse to open and refuse to provide the number so how was she expected to provide access to the poor lady that does our cleaning after they opened up for visitors without any phone calls on two occasions on Sunday. They were rude and unaccommodating
