ADT bad business

ADT has recently just debited my account for about R1003.23 for NO reason, but the fact that they thought my account was in arrears, i contacted the agent company for ADT in DBN bit they had no idea what had happened and referred me to ADT HQ in GP, i contacted them and the a lady in the accounts office has assured me that a refund would be done and the account was debited in error, the thing that frustrates me is that ADT did not inform the account would be debited and for how much just proceeded to deduct the amount like they own my account, but if my account was in arrears they would call every single day and ask for payment. ADT has made minimal contact since the debit but the frustrating part is that we have to now conform to their standards and wait for them to deposit the funds. "I cant give an exact date as to when the account would be refunded" words from ADT staff... Is this really how an international company does business? very poor!!! been almost a week to fix this problem now and i have already incurred debits on my account due to this "miss-hap" from ADT. Anyone doing business with ADT please beware wary & the agents are even worse.
