I have phoned and spoken to 2 consultants, complained on Twitter (no answer), Facebook (told it was being looked into) and the company website but no one has bothered to call me back.
The unit in my car isn't tracking my individual trips and I need the report to claim my tax back.
Why do you have a button on your website to say you'll call back but don't call.
