3 Month ago I phoned Chubb to cancel my armed response service because I was not happy. They told me I can come in to the office and cancel it there. I did go in and completed the form with chubb. I also kept a copy for my record. At the end of the month Chubb deducted the monthly instalment from my account, I was not happy about it and I stopped the direct debit with my FNB account. Then on the third month after the cancellation a double deduction went off :( I was very upset and I drove to the Chubb office. There I spoke to Bianca to find out what is going on? She assured me she will get back to me, since then I had to phone to times and I still do not have a answer! I want my three months instalments back and the armed response to be cancelled.
