HORRIBLE AFTER SALES AND TO RENEW CONTRACT

My ADT contract expired last year and right before it expired ADT called numerous times to get me to renew. I told them over and over that I've moved from that house and will not be needing their services. Despite this, ADT renewed the account and keeps telling me I should pay. I've dealt with several people at ADT in the last 5 months and lately with the 2 mentioned in this report. I've shocked at the ADT are pulling to get people to pay for services no longer required. now they tell me I must produce a letter to cancel, despite having sent tons of emails without any reply. Lately Mary Cherry tells me that an email is not a letter. I must type it out in MS Word to be a letter. Ridiculous! As for Netshisaula Tshifhiwa, we spoke on the phone in Jan and she promised that the matter would be resolved. I guess she'll forgotten like many that came before her. I wonder how many other people are prey to this ADT!
