Well here I go again. I received a call from ADT the day after I posted a negative comment about them. They arrived 4 hours late for their appointment to verify that the charging unit on the panel is in fact broken. This had already been confirmed by ESP Alarms. The technical chap who did the call on the 27th said that he needed to give his report to the office. I phoned the office to speak to Sam who was once again unavailable. The person who answered the phone said that she would get Ruben to phone me as he was the head of the technical department. Well its the 6th of March today and I have still not had a phone call. What was the point of their very polite regurgitated response to all of their complaints on Hello Peter. They don't really mean it as they don't actually get to the bottom of the matter and assist their customers.
