Our account were cancelled on the 1st of Nov 2012 but our debit order still goes off monthly. We made numerous phone calls to the account department but without any luck. The phones are never answered. We asked the control room to check the number but they couldn't get an answer too!
I recently read about a similar complaint in a newspaper so it seems like a general thing. If they don't respond to e-mails, there is doubt that they would respond to call outs too.
