Complete and utter bad service and attitude

After settling my account, my monthly debit order was still deducted from my account. After speaking to Adelisha and being assured she would provide me with feedback, nothing has been forthcoming. Leandri, who initially dealt with my query, doesn't even have the decency to respond to my e-mails, after trying to call her landline on numerous occasions without luck!!!
