Today 03/03/2013 at about 13h00 i went to a K53 practice area behind Club Hollywood in Brackenfell. I understand that this facility is run by Viva Driving School. On my arrival i was approached by a SJC Security official and informed that i could not use it unless i pay the prescribed fee to him. I told him that i am willing to pay only to the Driving School. He then phoned the person in charge of the said driving school after he asked me to phone as he had no airtime on his phone! After a while the woman arrived and i paid the R20 to her.
The official of SJC Security was arrogant and rude as well.
Since when is it the work of your personell to collect fees on behalf of another party? Is it not so that they must consentrate on the safety and security of Brackenfell Shopping Centre.
