I called your client services dept this afternoon and spoke to a consultant who firstly who couldn't speak properly and secondly sound so lazy and had no customer etiquette
I requested a settlement letter to me emailed to me as I was driving at the time and he said in his short way of speaking that he will email it.
This was not done. I would like to cancel both vehicles with tracker and suggest you send this bloke on a course how to handle clients
