I took a tracker contract 3 years ago and have been a faithful client now my contract has come to an end and i have called tracker time and time again to cancel my contract but they just cant seem to get it right because they keep telling me that the is no cancellation on the system. I spoke Yusuf and he said he cancelled but today i receive a call and they telling me the is no cancellation on the sytem what does it take for u to cancel a contract a dont want a debit orde going through my account when i have cancelled the contract because ill go crazy can someone please cancel this contract please because i dont have the money to call you over and over again and be put on hold but still not get what i called for.
