Customer service not answering their calls

I have been trying to call Altech Netstar since Tuesday last week sitting on the telephone between 5 and 15 minutes at a time. They just don't answer their calls or even respond to my emails after receiving an automated response that they would contact me within 3 working days... That was Tuesday last week!! They clearly have too much business and no longer care for their existing clients.
