Poor service

I had a tracker installed on the 13/11/2013. On the 14/11/2013 I decided to test the panic button installed in my car and I waited... 15 minutes later my phone rang, I said hello and there was no response on the other end, call got disconnected. I waited for another call... NOTHING!!! A STUPID machine called my mother talking nonsense about a courtesy call from tracker. What would have happened to me if this was a serious emergency??? I could have been or hijacked and tracker would have never responded. No one told me I'd be speaking to a freakin machine when I'm in an emergency. I want this device removed from my vehicle, I will be taking my business elsewhere
