Ms T.J. Nkwe is working for me and has a account with Joshua Door. She struggle to get statements out of them and according to JD Fin Serv she is always in arrears. I'm doing her payment via Internet Banking and struggle to get assistance at the JD Fin Servi client call desk.

All I want is somebody to assist met to try and sort out Ms Nkwe's account is it that difficult.
Please can somebody of JD Financial Services just contact me wrt the account. The poor lady is in a state and do not know what to do.
