RESPONDING ON HELLOPETER AND THEN IGNORING PROBLEM

Promising to get someone to contact me about a problem on HELLOPETER will not make me go away. I am still waiting for that call 2 weeks later.

Your service stinks and I will not go away until someway has the decency to call me back!
