We have been a customer of ADT for 12 years and our monthly cost have increased over the years to quite a large amount. My hubby called to find out if something could be done to decrease the monthly payment, even if it meant we would have to sign another contract. We were told this can't be done so he cancelled the service. A few days later he got an e-mail from Louise asking him if there is anything they could do to change our minds about cancelling. My hubby told her the whole story as to why we had cancelled and that we were happy with ADT's service but NOT with the cost. She then came back and said - as a loyal client they would reduce the monthly fee. We were very impressed with the service we received from Louise and feel that she is a huge asset to your company.
