Sold Craighall Park home in Nov 2009. New owners did not want CHUBB due to a previous fallout - they wanted CSS TACTICAL. Advised Chubb, paid up to Feb 2010, relocated & Chubb came to pick up their equipment. One year later, received a random call from Chubb stating that security bill was unpaid. Explained that we had relocated, no longer used Chubb's services, new owners were using CSS TACTICAL, & ended conversation. After another year, received another random call from Chubb, stating that security bill was unpaid. Explained again that we had sold the house, relocated, no longer used Chubb's services, Chubb had picked up their equipment, new owners were using CSS TACTICAL, & ended conversation. Three years after the sale of our house, Chubb now claims having to write off a R6, 400 bad debt. WHICH MORONIC SERVICE PROVIDER WOULD ALLOW 36 MONTHS CHARGES TO ACCUMULATE, FOR A SERVICE THAT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING, AND THEN WRITE IT OFF AS A BAD DEBT. SHAME ON YOU CHUBB - NO WONDER CRAIGHALL RESIDENTS ARE SWITCHING IN DROVES TO CSS TACTICAL! CHUBB, your behaviour is unethical - no bill, no service provided, no contact, no house visit & you want payment? Not a penny for your GHOST service!
