I called tracker 12 times to send someone to check my device after the new one they replaced was not working, They couldn't give a toss, told me someone will look into after a 4 day turn-around, This happened for two weeks. I cancelled my debit order.
They first accepted it was bad service on their behalf and when they realised I was not going back, they had me blacklisted while the matter is still being adjucated by the consumer commision. They now claim the unit was always working after all the stress they put me through and visits I made to them.
They have a rental option, guess what, when you want to terminate the contract because the unit you have is not working, they will let you know the rental just means you buying the unit in rental installments.
I invested R300 p/m to keep my travelling record and now all I have is a tainted credit record and occasional debt collectors that were harrasing me all because of Tracker's product not functioning correclty
