I normally pay R293.55 for my alarm monitoring per month, yesterday R324.57 was deducted from my account without any prior notification at all. Can this be explained, before I take my business with you somewhere else? I have been considering this for a while now. And this will just be the cherry on the cake for me, because your company just seem to lack customer care? You such a "security company" yet you money from my account. Just shows you can't trust anyone, are everywhere. So where must I go to the police and open a case of or go to consumer protection?
