After months, this company finally tells me that my Tracker unit is faulty. When I go there for an inspection, I am told that the unit hasnt been working for months and is in fact, so outdated that it cannot be fixed. I need to buy a newer tracker device. (So all these months, Ive been driving with an outdated unit that nobody informed me about).
So I request to cancel my contract, I only get a response 20 days later. After cancelling my contract, I still get debited and now, Im told I will only get my refund in a months time.
When I asjed to speak to a supervisor, I was asked to call back the same number to ask for a differnt person.
The service is slow, nobody is helpful. There is a zero to minimal response rate from anyone you try to email. Im very disappointed and furious with the poor quality
