The morning of 22 Jan 2014 4hoo I phone MSec Security Mosselbay reporting a load nose out side my property. The guard arrived after 6 minutes. He sat in his vehicle and after 1 min he just drove off! He never got out of the vehicle to patrol the property. We waited at the window to communicate with him, but he never came round our house! Later that morning I reported the incident to Mr. Rossouw and he said that he will investigate this and report back to me. After one week of no feedback I phoned Mr. Rossouw to find out what the outcome of this is. He reported that this guard said that he did parole around our house. This is a lie! I do not understand that MSec Mosselbay can take monthly payments and can not assure people of a relayable security service! This is unacceptable! Bad bad service!
