Dear fellow Citizens back home.

I'm an expat living offshore and have had 3 months of nightmare with [URL Removed] I would prefer to have an attachment to show you the amount of emails (as proof of cancellation last year 2013) and my bankstatement to date as it is an absolute circus! It is rather obvious that whomever is in charge of cancellations, admin, banking etc are clearly spending way too much time on the golfcourse! The good news! I'm in a position to have an excellent SA advocate as a friend, flying back to SA on Tracker's account for travel and hotel expenses, loss of income to sort this matter out personally as they (TRACKER) can clearly not get the job done telephonically or via email and need the client to visit them personally! Fellow South AFricans. Reminder! Save every single phone call, email, document, time, date, place etc! There is no excuse for a corporate company to behave like a one man show! Will keep you posted of my progress! 3 months of drama would clearly end up in 3 years of court trials! I'm a believer that when treated unfair, stand up for your rights and do what is necessary! Wish me luck!
