This must be, most probably, the worst service I have ever experienced with a company in South Africa, and whats worse, they are in the business of protecting lives.
To be honest, there is actually too much to complain about, such as waiting a month with multiple techinicians coming through to sort out alarms, each one with a different excuse as to why there is an issue. Goodluck trying to get a respone via email. Believe me, when they want you to sign a contract, you will get pressured into how much time you have... they never arrive on time as scheduled, if they ever arrive at all.
Respone teams sometimes take 10 minutes to respond, or need a follow up call from a client in distress.
Overall, the entire operation is pretty useless, and I do not have a clue how they are still in busines. If they cannot keep one home happy and feeling safe, how are they are coping with everyone else. Think twice before signing up with them!!!
