I have a problem with the above company.i fitted a tracking device on the 8th of jan 2014.and i have been having problems with the their panic button which wasnt working .its was replaced on the 1 feb 2014.but now my problem is 1. Double billed of which it was never explained to me when I did a telefonic contract 2.they r forceing me to pay a full amount of January but they served me from the 8th .within that space they made me pay a full subscrition where their panic bottom hasnt been working. I have complain about this more than 3 times and I ended up emailing Pllen nkuna which he transfered me to his mananger who was very rude to me and he also his mananger who was very rude as well and ended telling me that I wont b able to cancel the contract in a very bad manor.i must say matrix mananges are rude and not helpfull pls help since I feel that they r ripping me off forcing me to swallow it the way it is .the worse part is the they dont explain their terms and conditions and only bring them up when u lodge a complaim only to find the they were never read to u properly.i dont even have any documents of my contract but they expect me to understand their terms and conds.
