This is now the second Hallo Peter complaint that I am making with regards to the continuous problem of getting my money refunded to me. Customer service said that they are working on the problem and will "REVERT" back to me with feedback. That was the 10th of January 2014 and nothing has been done.
I am very disappointed and becoming very angry now. They still ignore you and the problem still exists. I would like this to be sorted out immediately!!!
