Cancel monitoring please

I have sent and called the always there email - stating that I am vacating my property and to cancel the monitory service and fee. I want to keep the FIND U service! The monitory has still not been cancelled as the Call Centre keeps calling when the alarm goes off in the property I no longer live. Please can u cancel the monitoring BUT i still want the FindU service.
