Not sending Invoice as promised

For audit purposes I have requested one invoice from 2013 and our contract. The lady at the call center can see it on the system and have promised to send it to me. Almost a week later I have received NOTING. The auditing firm is breathing down my neck because this is the last query outstanding in order to finish the audit.

Why does it need to take so long just to email me two files?
