ADT cannot be trusted!!

Our problem has still not been sorted out. No replies to any of my emails, no refund, nothing has been done:(
Here are the list of installations that should have been done but most of them are not complete or not done at all. We have sent several emails and even complained on helepeter but still nothing is done. I am busy obtaining legal advice and ADT will be handed over.
