Please note the following:
o I had a beamie installed in April 2013 in my Hyundai i20.
o On 15th May 2013, I purchased a new vehicle - Hyundai ix35 and requested to move the system to the new vehicle. I was advised that the systems are not removed and a new device would be placed in my new vehicle
o I missed the call to schedule setting up the new device and called back on numerous occasions to try and set up to have the new device installed. Nobody has called me within the past 2 weeks despite my calling the 011 number at least 4 times to set this up.
o Today, almost a full month later, I was promised someone would call me within 15 minutes to schedule the fitting for the new device and 4 hours later, I have still had no call.
I am disgusted at this service level. I have paid for a service I have not needed since 15th May as I do not have the Hyundai i20.
I wish to cancel this service with immediate effect and want a refund as of 15 May 2013.
