The sales consultants need a course in courtesy!!! The local rep doesnt bother to answer my calls or respond to my messages. After dealing with another consultant things seemed fine. I ordered my stock, no problems. I found i no longer would need 3 items already paid for and was told by the rep to send it back for a refund as i have a cash account. I sent it back over a month ago!!! no respone or feedback from the rep in question after numerous calls, voice messages and e-mails... All i want is my money back!!!
