I have been waiting since November last year for the handset I ordered.
Many things are wrong with this store:
1. Out of 7 phone calls, only once got though to sales consultant
2. All my messages are not responded to, without exception.
3. Consultant I spoke to promised to call back within the hour.
4. Excuse given as lack of stock, a month after I was told "10 working days to delivery"
For head office:
why advertise a special your supplier has no way of honoring?
Makes both of you look bad.
