Bought a 3000Watt, 24 Volt pure sine wave inverter from WRND electronics. They advertise on the internet that there is a 24 month no nonsense waranty. The inverter was connected but malfunctioned after only 3 days. I made a appointment to bring it back. He made sure he was not at home that day. I made about 5 telephone calls and left messages. Got no response. I sent e mails and got no response. It took me two weeks before i managed to catch the man at home (He works from home) after been there several timesand after about 20 phonecalls and messages. The day i got him at home he took the inverter and said that they do get problems with this type of inverter and will see if he can fix it or refund my money (R6250.00) After hearing nothing for three weeks and trying once again to phone and e mail i had to send my wife to track him down. She managed to get him at his home. She told him that he does not answer his phone or e mail. He then said that the reason he did not answer me is that he is waiting for parts to fix my machine. My wife told him he has a week to fix it or refund our money. Two days after he sent me a e mail stating he will not fix it as damaged was caused by a moth
