Its been 8 months, countless phonecalls, and still no refund for an overcharged service in November last year. The person I was dealing with weekly who promised the refund would be processed is no longer working there and now they refuse to process a refund as it has been a long time and the manager has no records of this since she has left. They do not return calls or messages. After leaving 4 messages without the courtesy of a call back, I finally got through to the manager who said he would not process the refund. He said I could bring the car in for a service and he would see if he could give me some sort of discount depending on what was needed in the service. After such appaling customer service, there is no way I will be blackmailed into having to take my car back there. After 10 years there, I am moving on to somewhere that might appreciate and value their customers
