On 2013/01/29 noticed that my billing was higher than the specified amount I was intended to pay. When I checked online, I realised that a Jeep Grand Cherokee had been added to my account. When I enquired about how this had happened when I don't even own a jeep I was directed to someone named Keith whom it seems had made these changes. I wasn't happy about the feedback he failed to provide me so I called in again. Spoke to a consultant called Jabu at 3pm who ended up removing the vehicle and informed me that her manager will be in touch once they've investigated how this happened. Called again on 2013/02/04 and spoke to Suvesh at 08:30am who informed the same thing and that it'll take 7 working days from the day the consultant logged it and that he'll follow up on it again from his side. It's been over 7 working days and still no one has been able to explain why/how this happened and the way forward. What shocks even more is that the owner of the Jeep hasn't even bothered to find out why she hasn't received a statement. I expect someone to call me before the end of the week to explain themselves.
