Good day,

while I was serving my notice period in October 2013, I emailed Fidelity Site Manager at Suncoast Casino Danile Mokololo, asking him what do I need to sign as on the 1 November 2013 as I was moving to Johannesburg and I would not be able to return to sign. Mr Mokololo then emailed me back stating that he has requested everything on my behalf. Today, 17 January 2014, I emailed the New Germany office and I was told by a Nico Kloppers that I would have to come to the hr department to request it.

I live in Johannesburg how do they expect me to get to the New Germany office.

I think that either Mr Mokololo or the boss of the New Germany branch, Ramesh Kallicharran, are spiteful people as I was informed again by Mr Mokololo that my last months salary would be paid into my banking only to find that after querying a few things they gave me a cheque instead, which took 7 days to clear.

I would not recommend Fidelity Security Services to any people or company I know.
