On 11/112013 I received an email from Suzanne advising that my arrears will be written off, due to the fact that she ignored a complaint I laid earlier the same year. Yesterday I received my December statement and it indicated that my account was still in arrears. This morning at 08H15, I emailed Suzanne requesting clarity on the matter, attached was the said statement. It is now 14H29 and I still had no word or indication that the matter is being looked and maybe provide a turn around time. My experience with Chubb has been nothing else but horrifying. Maybe it should be brought to your attention that all and any complaints raised on Hellopeter is not good for the business. I have now lerant that this is the only way that a matter will get attended too. Between your bad reports on Hellopeter, the incompetance of your staff and the writing of arrears, we should soon read in the Media that Chubb has gone bankrupt.
