I reported my issues/queries to Marvin or Malvin the manager at ADT. If he is really the manager. I spoke with him on the 31st Dec 13. He was going to investigate my queries. Today I had a discussion with my colleagues about ADT performance. I was not surprised because they have the same issues. fortunately for one he has signed a new contract with a new developing security company. I also hope that what I heard about the Bakkie story on the West Rand is not true. ADT seems to forget that as per our contract, I must pay them every month and that I DO, they must protect me by responding to my alarm within minutes and not 40 and 90 minutes. If I heard to rate them, I would give them 3/10. Question is, why should I pay for NO service. Could be I am not a valuable client, paying less than other clients.
