This terrible, from last year I have been trying to cancel this account with Chubb, then finally after many promises to contact me, which never happened, even via Hello Peter, they sent a Technician to remove the system months ago. Still nobody contacted me. Now I get a tax Invoice/Statement, I am still being billed for all these months, even last month, apparently I am in arrears. Yet 4 months ago I even got a Letter of demand from them, althought it was cancelled.
Can somebody, who has a clue in Chubb, please do something about this.
