firstly I would like to start by saying how angry I am at ADT, they broke into my house in August 2013, and ADT could be there in time to stop them? then we had to put beams around the house for exstra protection where the tech promised us that our dogs would be a problem for the beams because the so small, but after they installed the beam the alarm has gone craze and now the bill my xstra ever mont between R60-R200, for a mistake they made. we have reported this many times with no success just an extra amount on the bill.
I want all that money to be refunded as they did have no permission from us to debit it from our account.
they need to come fix their mistake asap...
