Made many calls to both offices and was told that I would but phoned back, left messages no feed back only by? Galami (spelling) at 0115491700 which was on Thursday @ 15.00 -
Was told that a email to the service centre would help and the email bounced back, maybe the incorrect address was given and the person who would look at it is Eben v Rooyen, but switchboard was not prepared to put me through. I wonder if he does work there.
I had 2 long online chats which I have saved who did try but they seemed a bit restricted in getting help from head office
I spent a lot of time, data and airtime trying to solve this, Maybe being just a ordinary person Samsung feel it is just a waste of time. Before this issue I was considering in buying a tablet now I am so sure about getting a Samsung product.
They also said at the service centre that it was my problem getting the phone back by courier, but it was said it could be arranged, I handed the phone in on 28/7 it took a very long time to obtain the spares, I was told that the spares only got there on Wednesday. the phone is only - 3 weeks old! I had to return back on 6th l send my record of the call centre but they must have more, Thanks
