Firstly! My account was resitered incorrectly. i was suppose to take over the alarm from the previous tenants to avoid cancellation fees. When the previous tenants called you want to charge them for cancelling
Secondly! i cannot get a technician out to sort out y problem with the remotes for the alarm!
Thirdly! Your call centre placed me on hold twice and left me there. Once for 5 mintes and the second time for 20 minutes
Not the kind of service that should be offered to the new customer!!
