I recently moved from Brits to Harties & have only encountered problems at the local ADT branch. The system was activated at our new address. However, we now want to move the remote system. Gideon is not helpful & does not respond to queries - I always have to call back to get feedback. When he came to our house he also smelled like alcohol - not very assuring. Can you kindly assist in making this already painful moving process better? I do expect better service from a global security co.
