I bough a new vehicle, a Ford Figo (Temp Registration Number R12523 and Vin No. MAJ1XXMRJ1DR22523) in October 2013. Beame Mixtelematics came to my work on 29/10/2013 and installed the new unit. When calling the call centre a few days ago to provide them with the registration number I was informed the new contract was not loaded hence no record of my vehicle on their system. I received a ref no 1498520 but to date have not received any feedback. The job no is 90833 and serial no of the unit is 04567949.
